28 Day Vegan Challenge!
I’m probably going to do this challenge, I just haven’t decided yet.
- Week One: No dairy, refined sugar, or processed foods.
- Week Two: No meat, chicken, eggs, fish while you continue no dairy, refined sugar, or processed foods.
- Week Three: No extracted oils.
- Week Four: Keep up one last week of Plant Strong Diet!
Sounds like shit.
